Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Apex Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Apex Works provides licensed construction services including:

• General Contracting (B License)
• Civil & Site Work (A License)
• Electrical Services (C-10 License)
• Plumbing Services (C-36 License)

All services are provided in accordance with California state licensing requirements (CSLB #1127504).

Estimates and Contracts

All project estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Formal contracts will be executed before work begins on any project.

Licensing and Insurance

Apex Works is fully licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB #1127504) and carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual project contracts. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all licensed activities.
